HERE IS YOUR ANSWER :-}

Value of property decrease every year = 5%

Present value = 411540

Original value= x

According to question:-

411540 = x* (100-5)/100 (formula)

411540 = x* 95/100

x = 411540*100/95 (transversal property)

x = 433200 (value 1year ago)

Now value for 2 year ago:-

(putting principle as 433200)

433200 = x*(100-5)/100 (as it is given in question decrease 5%)

433200 = x*95/100

x = 433200*100/95

x = 456000 (value 2 years ago)

Now value for 3 years ago (putting principle as 456000)

456000 = x*(100-5)/100

456000 = x*95/100

x = 456000*100/95

x = 480000 ANS.
