Sin 75 = Sin(45+30)…………………..(1)

Sin (A + B) = Sin A. Cos B + Cos A. Sin B

Sin (45 + 30) = Sin 45. Cos 30 + Cos 45. Sin 30…………………..(2)

Sin Values

sin 0° = √(0/4) = 0

sin 30° = √(1/4) = ½

sin 45° = √(2/4) = 1/√2

sin 60° = √3/4 = √3/2

cos 90° = √(4/4) = 1

Cos Values

cos 0° = √(4/4) = 1

cos 30° = √(3/4) = √3/2

cos 45° = √(2/4) = 1/√2

cos 60° = √(1/4) = 1/2

cos 90° = √(0/4) = 0

Sin (45 + 30) = Sin 45. Cos 30 + Cos 45. Sin 30

Sin (45 + 30) = 1/√2 . √3/2 + 1/√2 . 1/2

Sin (75) = (√3 + 1) / 2√2

cos (a + b) = cos a.cos b - sin a.sin b

(✓3/2) (✓2/2) - (1/2) (✓2/2)

= (✓6 - ✓2)/4

= ✓4/4

= 1/✓4

sin75 + cos75

(√3 + 1) / 2√2 + 1/✓4
