 \frac{ \sin( \alpha ) }{ \cos( \alpha ) } +  \frac{ \cos( \alpha ) }{ \sin( \alpha ) } = 2 \\  \frac{ { \sin( \alpha ) }^{2} +  { \cos( \alpha ) }^{2}  }{ \sin( \alpha ) \cos( \alpha )  } = 2 \\  \frac{1}{ \sin( \alpha ) \cos( \alpha )  } = 2 \\ 1 = 2 \sin( \alpha ) \cos( \alpha ) \\ i.e. \:  \\ 1 =  \sin(2 \alpha ) \\ therefore \:  \alpha  = 0

hope it helps you,..

(sinx/cosx)-(cosx/sinx)=2
(sin²x+cos²x)/sinxcosx=2
1/sinxcosx=2
1=2sinxcosx
sin90=sin(2x)
therefore
2x=90
•x=45•
