the value of the force of gravity on a boy of mass 40 kg was found to be 2400N . using Me=6×1000000000000000000000000 kg and Re= 6.4×1000000m find the value of G.

F = GMm / R²

G = FR² / (Mm)
= (2400 N × (6.4 × 10⁶ m)²) / (6 × 10²⁴ kg × 40 kg)
= 4.096 × 10⁻¹⁰ N m² / kg²

∴ Value of G is 4.096 × 10⁻¹⁰ N m² / kg²

[Note: Actual universally accepted value of G is 6.67 × 10⁻¹¹ N m² / kg². A 40 kg boy will not experience a force of 2400 N]

Answer:

The given data is wrong . The boy doesn't experience so much force . SO you can find the value of G by using the formula g = GM/R^2 . you will get your value.
