f(x)=
6 {x}^{3} + 4 {x}^{2} - \frac{x}{3}
 = > f( \frac{1}{3} ) = 6( { \frac{1}{3} })^{3} + 4( { \frac{1}{3} })^{2} - \frac{ \frac{1}{3} }{3} \\ = > \frac{2}{9} + \frac{4}{9} - \frac{1}{9} \\ = > \frac{5}{9} .
