HEY MATE..
HERE'S UR ANSWER..

The value of gravitational constant is 6.67 × 10^-11 Nm^2.kg^-2 means that the value of G is independent of all factors like nature of bodies or nature of medium between the bodies .It remains constant in the universe.

The value of universal gravitational constant is 6.67×10⁻¹¹ means

If two objects of masses 1 Kg are kept at a distance of 1 m in any medium the force acting between those bodies/ objects would be 6.67×10⁻¹¹ N.

According to the Law of Gravitation,

        F = G × \frac{ M×m}{r²}

Here, F = Force acting between the objects

         G = Universal gravitational constant

       M , m = Masses of the objects

       r = distance between the objects

If M,m = 1 Kg each and r= 1 m, then:

  F = G

Universal gravitational constant is independent of medium.
