\frac{x}{x - 1} + \frac{x - 1}{x} = \frac{5}{2}

\frac{ {x}^{2} + {(x - 1)}^{2} }{ {x}^{2} } = \frac{5}{2}

2 {x}^{2} + 2 {x}^{2} - 2 - 4x = 5 {x}^{2}

4 {x}^{2} - 2 - 4x - 5 {x}^{2}

- {x}^{2}  - 4x - 2 = 0

- {x}^{2} - 2x - 2x - 2 = 0

\huge\underbrace\mathfrak\pink{Answer:-}

x/x-1+ x-1/x= 5/2

x²+(x-1)²/ x(x-1) = 5/2

x²+x²+2x+1/x(x-1)=5/2

2x²+2x+1/x²-x=5/2

2(2x²+2x+1)=5(x²-x)

4x²+4x+2=5x²-5

5x²-4x²+4x=-5-2

x²+4x=-7
