The values of current (I) flowing through a given resistor of resistance (R) for corresponding values of p.d. (V) across the resistor are as given below
V (volt) 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0
I (ampere) 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8
Plot the graph
between I and V and determine the resistance​

From Ohm's Law, V=IR                            

R=IV

which is nothing but the slope of V−I curve, 

hence R=5 ohm
