the values that inspired Nationalist movement became the founder of Indian democracy are national linking and oneness. National linking and oneness helped to raise the movement as every indian wanted to freedom. they want equality in everything. they even boycotted British goods and prefer indian clothing and foods. they made Britishers to a state of loss. this movement mainly spread between the youth who left their studies to join this movement. And finally the movement led to out of British rule...

Answer: The aim of the nationalist movement was to make India a sovereign and democratic nation. Similar ideas were adopted in the Preamble after Independence which laid the foundation of the Indian Democracy. The Preamble to the Constitution contains the objectives and values which can be considered to be  the guiding principles of our constitution. It says that India is a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic, republic. And all the citizens will get social, economic and political justice; liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; equality of status and of opportunity. It will work to promote fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation. Thus the constitution laid the foundation for making India a democratic and united nation.
