Distance travelled by an object is given by the area covered in a velocity time graph.

Here,

Distance covered = Area of trapezium OABC

=> 1/2×(sum of parallel side)×height

=>1/2×(1+5)×20

=>6×10

=>60

So, the correct option is a)60m

Distance travelled by the object in 5seconds = 60m
