✔️✔️The Indian Arms Act (1879) This act made it a criminal offence for Indians to carry arms without a licence. This Act was not applicable to the British.

In the pre-independence period British had passed various acts. All that acts were harmful for the Indian peoples.

British colonial rulers were too heartless .They didn't think about others, only think about their selves. They always thought about money and for that earning of money they would done anything rather others get safe or harm from that . Nature's rule is to "be happy and make others too." And britisher had never followed the nature's rule.

Therefore, various acts passed by the British colonial rulers were opposive in nature.
