Given :-

  • The velocity of a body of man 100g is increased from 5 m/s to 10 m/s in 5 sec

To find :-

  • Force

Solution :-

  • Mass of man (m) = 100g

  • Initial velocity (u) = 5m/s

  • Final velocity (v) = 10m/s

  • Time taken (t) = 5sec

According to the first equation of motion

→ v = u + at

→ 10 = 5 + a × 5

→ 10 - 5 = 5a

→ 5 = 5a

→ a = 5/5

→ a = 1m/s²

Hence,

  • Acceleration of a body is 1m/s²

Now,

As we know that

→ Force = mass × acceleration

  • Mass = 100g = 100/1000 = 0.1kg

→ Force = m × a

→ Force = 0.1 × 1

→ Force = 0.1 N

Therefore,

  • Force i.e 0.1N

Answer:

\huge{\bf{\underline{\red{Answer :}}}}

 \huge{ \mathfrak{ \underline{Given}}}

Mass (m) = 100 g

Time taken (t) = 5 seconds

Initial Velocity (u) = 5 m/s

Final Velocity (v) = 10 m/s

To Find : Force

 \huge{ \mathfrak{ \underline{Answer}}}

Force = 0.1 Newton

 \huge{ \mathfrak{ \underline{Explanation}}}

First of all we have to calculate acceleration of the body.

By using first equation of motion we get :

↪️ v = u + at

↪️ 10 = 5 + a(5)

↪️ 10 - 5 = 5a

↪️ 5 = 5a

↪️ a = 1 m/s²

Therefore, Acceleration produced by a body is 1 m/s².

Now, let's find the force of body.

★ Force = mass × Acceleration

★ Force = 100g × 1 m/s²

★ Force = 0.1 kg × 1 m/s²

★ Force = 0.1 Newton

Force produced by the body is 0.1 Newton.
