The velocity of a body of mass 1 kg is increased from 3 ms to 6 mst in some time interval.
Calculate the gain in kinetic energy of the body in that time interval.​

Answer:

Intial Kinetic Energy

KE = 1/2 Mv^2

v = 3/s

M = 1KG

KE = 1/2 × 1 × 9 = 4.5Joule

Final Kinetic Energy

K = 1/2 M V^2

V = 6m/s

M - 1KG

K = 1/2 × 1 × 36 = 18Joule

Gain = Final - Intial

18-4.5 = 13.5 Joule
