here is your answer

given :

mass (m) = 50 kg

initial velocity (u) = 10 m/s

final velocity (v) = 5 m/s

to calculate : change in momentum

change in momentum

= final momentum - initial momentum

= MV-MU

= M(V-U)

= 50(5-10)

= 50(-5)

= -250 kgm/s^2
