Process:-

Kinetic Energy of an object is given by:

➜ \frac{1}{2} m {v}^{2} Joule

Therefore, by putting the values of mass and Velocity, we get:

→ \frac{1}{2}  \times 0.05 \times  {(20)}^{2}

→ \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{5}{100}  \times 20 \times 20

→10Joule

  • Hence Kinetic Energy is 10Joule
