Given:-

Initial velocity(u)=5m/s

Final velocity(v)=10m/s

Distance covered(s)=50m

To find:-

Acceleration of the car(a)

Solution:-

Here,we shall use the third equation of motion i.e.---

v²-u²=2as

=>(10)²-(5)²=2×a×50

=>100-25=100a

=>75=100a

=>a=75/100

=>a=0.75m/s²

Thus,acceleration of the car is 0.75m/s².

Answer:

Initial velocity(u) =5 m/sec

Final velocity(v) =10 m/sec

Distance(S) =50 m

We know that,

v^2=u^2-2aS

or, (10) ^2=5^2 - 2×a×50

or, 100=25-100a

or, 100a=100-25

or, 100a=75

or, a=75/100=0•75.
