The velocity of a car increases from 2 m/s at 0 sec to 16 m/s at 4 sec. What is the the car's acceleration?

a=(v-u)/t

a= (16-2)/4

a=14/4

a = 3.5 m/s^2

As I told in your previous question-

acceleration =  \frac{change \: in \: velocity}{time \: taken}  \\ a =  \frac{16 - 2}{4}  \\ a =  \frac{14}{4} m {s}^{ - 2}
