1 km = 1000m

1hr = 3600 s

velocity
= 18 m/s
= (18 x 3600/1000) km/hr
= (18 x 18/5 ) km / hr
= 324 /5
= 64.8 km / hr

As we know 1m =1/1000km and 1 second =1/3600hr 18×3600÷1000= 64.8km/hr
