Final velocity , v = 18 km/hr = 5 m/s
Acceleration ,a = (v - u)/t
a = (25 - 5)/5
a = 20/5 = 4 m/
Now, force = ma
m = 4500 kg
F = 4500 x 4 = 18000 N = 18 kN
