Uniform Motion- When an object travels equal distance in equal intervals of time.
Since the object is at rest it travels a distance of 0m/s in a unit time say 1 seconds.
Then in two seconds it travels 0 m/s
Thus, since with every time lapse the velocity increases with same amount and this is why the motion is uniform.
