After 5 seconds velocity V2 = 4i + 2j +3k

Time interval T1 - T2= 5 - 0 = 5 seconds

Average acceleration = (V1 - V2) /(T1 - T2)

= {(10-4)i + (4-2)j + (2-3)k}/5

= (1.2i + 0.4j - 0.2k) m/s^2
