Acceleration = (v₂ - v₁) / T
= (4i + 2j + 3k - 10i - 4j - 2k) / 5
= (-6i - 2j + k) / 5
= -1.2i - 0.4j + 0.2k

Magnitude = √(1.2² + 0.4² + 0.2²) = 1.28 m/s²

The velocity of an object changes from

v1=10i^+4j^+2k^ to v2=4i^+2j^+3k^in 5 sec

and the magnitude of average  acceleration will be

Acceleration = (v₂ - v₁) / T = (4i + 2j + 3k - 10i - 4j - 2k) / 5 = (-6i - 2j + k) / 5 = -1.2i - 0.4j + 0.2k

and Magnitude = √(1.2² + 0.4² + 0.2²) = 1.28 m/s².
