refractive \: index \: of \: medium \: a \: with \: respect \: to \: medium \: b \:  =  _{a}n_{b}

 _{a} n_{b} =  \frac{velocity \: of \: light \: in \: medium \: b}{velocity \: of \: light \: in \: medium \: a}

 =  \frac{200}{300}

 _{a}n_{b} =  \frac{2}{3}  \: or \: 0.667

Answer:

Ray Optics

Explanation:

Refractive Index ( μ ) = Speed of light ( c ) / velocity of light in medium ( v )

★ μ ≈ 1 / v

So ;

Và = 300 km / sec

Vb = 200 km / sec.

» μà / μb = Vb / và

» μà / μb = 200 / 300

» μa / μb = 2 / 3 «

hope it helps you
