Maximum height attained by a projectile is given by,

 \huge{H = \frac {u ^{2} sin \theta}{2g} }

Given that, Velocity of projection is increased by 2 percent. Other factors, [ g, sinθ] are constant.

We can write,

H \propto \:  {u}^{2}

By Error and Approximations,

We can write

Percentage change in Maximum Height attained by projectile = 2 * Change in percentage of Velocity of projection.

So,

Percentage change in Maximum height = 2 * 2% = 4%

Therefore, The velocity of projection of a body is increased by 2%. Other factors remaining unchanged, The percentage change in the maximum height attained is 4%
