The velocity time graph for the motion of two bodies a and b is given below and answer the following question
A. identify the types of motion possessed by body a and b
B. compare the distance covered by the two bodies in Fast four seconds

A. as particle A is constantly moving at uniform velocity and also at equal time interval so, it is undergoing uniform motion but particle B is not going at uniform velocity but uniform acceleration of 10m/s so, it is non-uniform motion but uniform acceleration.

B. Displacement by B in four second-ut+½at²

=0*4+½*10*4² m

=0+5*16 m

=80m

Displacement by A in four second= ut+½at²

= 30*4+½*0*4² m

= 120 m

Difference of the bodies after 4 sec= (120-80)m

=40m
