time t = 5 sec

now acceleration a = v-u/ t

  a = 0 - 5 / 5

 a = -1 m/s^2

put this value of a in F = ma

 F =  (30/1000) * ( - 1)

   =  (- 0.03) N

here the sign of - means that the force is applied on the opposite direction to the motion
