The velocity – time graph of a body is as shown:-
(a) What is the velocity of the body after 10s & after 40s?
(b) Calculate the distance covered between 10th & 30th second?
(c) Calculate the distance covered of the entire pouring?

Hey mate!
Here's your answer!!
a) Velocity of 10 s = 20m/s and after 40s = zero, because the body comes to rest.
b) Distance covered between 10th and 30th second = (30 - 10)s × 20 m/s = 400 m.
c) Distance of the entire pouring = area of triangles + area of square.
= 1/2 × base × height + h×w
= 1/2 × 10 × 20 + 20×20
= 100 + 400
= 500m.
✌ ✌
