- If we assume that the graph has an interval of 5 seconds on x-axis then velocity of particle A corresponding to 10 seconds is 25, and that for particle B is 17. Since, we know that velocity is equal to distance per unit time. Thus,
Distance for particle A= 250
Distance for particle B= 170
Difference in the distances = 80 meters
