 \sqrt{(1 - 5) {}^{2}  + (2 - 4) {}^{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{4 {}^{2}  + 2 {}^{2} }  \\  = 2 \sqrt{5}  \\ area = (2 \sqrt{5}) {}^{2}    = 20 \: unit {}^{2}
