The vertical angle of an isosceles traingle is 86degree find thr base angle

in an isosceles triangle the base angles are equal
therefore, let the base angles be x

86°+x+x=180°                  (angles sum property of triangle)
⇒86°+2x=180°
⇒2x=180°- 86°
⇒2x= 94°
⇒x=94÷2
⇒x=47°

∴the measure of the base angles is 47°
