Let the vertical angle be a and the base angles be b , c .

According to the given condition

a = 4( b+ c )

a = 4b + 4c      .............. 1

and since it is an isosceles triangle ,

b = c

a = 8b OR  a = 8c   ...............2

Now, by angle sum property

a + b + c = 180

8b + b + b = 180         ( from 1 and 2)

10b = 180

b = 18

c = 18

a = 8 * 18

a = 144

Hope it Helps !!!!
