The Vertical angle of an isosceles triangle is twice the sumof its base angle.Find each angle of a triangle.

we know that i an isosceles triangle two of base angles are equal,

let ABC be the isoceles triangle,

so angle B= angle c= x

so sum of base angles= x+x

                                     =2x

also from question,

angle A=2(2x)=4x

now using angle sum property of a triangle

A+B+C=180

2x+4x=180

6x=180, x=30 degree ,

so base angles are each of 30 degree and verticle angle =4x that is

                                                                                            =4×30=120 degree
