- y1 = 5

By using the formula,
Area of Δ = ¹/2 × [ x1(y2 - y3) + x2(y3 - y1) + x3(y1 - y2)
[ Put the values ]
⟶ Area of Δ = ¹/2 × [ 4(3 - 7) + 1(7 - 5) + 6(5 - 3) ]
⟶ Area of Δ = ¹/2 × [ 4(-4) + 1(2) + 6(2) ]
⟶ Area of Δ = ¹/2 × [ -16 + 2 + 12 ]
⟶ Area of Δ = ¹/2 × [ -16 + 14 ]
⟶ Area of Δ = ¹/2 × [ -2 ]
