area of ∆abc= 1/2{x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y1)+x3(y1-y2)
put the values in this formula than obtain the area of triangle
now using midpoint formula find the midpoint of opposite side than ..
use distance formula ...from vertex a to midpoint m
