So, mid point of BC = ( \frac{5}{2}  ,\frac{ - 3}{2} )

Now, length of median =

 \huge\sqrt{(3 -  \frac{5}{2}) ^{2}  + (4 +  \frac{3}{2}) ^{2}  }

⟹=  \frac{ \sqrt{122} }{2}
