The vertices of angle ABC are A(1,2), B(4,5) and C(3,-2). A) Find in surd form, the lengths of AB, BC and CA.
B) Show that cosA=1/ 3.162, hence deduce the value of sin A.

(a) by taking distance formula for all to find 3 sides

√(x2-x1)whole sq + (y2-y1) whole sq.

by taking side a and b

(1, 2) &(4, 5)

by applying formula we get √9×2units=3√2 units

now,

by taking side b&c (4, 5) &(3, -2)

we get,

√2×5=2√5units.

now by taking ca side (3, -2) &(1, 2).

we get. √2×10=2√10 units
