So it will be 30°

Tan 30° = radius / height
 \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }  =   \frac{r}{h} \\ \\   \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }    =  \frac{r \times 2}{h }  \\  \\  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \frac{d}{h}  \\  \\ d:h = 2: \sqrt{3}
