A Visit to a Fair.
It was the month of December. And the month of fairs and festivities. There are many types of fairs - fun fair, book fair, industrial fair, career fair, and lots more. I was also very excited as me and my cousins have also planned a visit to the fair. This was a funfair, celebrating the occasion of Christmas.
All the action inside the fair:
This was a great experience as we came to know that there were lots of fun activities at the fair. So, we planned our visit early evening so that we could get lots of time to enjoy to the fullest. Inside the fair, there were food stalls, toy stalls, fun activities, and rides, even a theatre was set up which run movie shows for children. We decided to have some light snacks before starting the fun journey. We had steamed momos with soup, which was quite light and filling at the same time. Though, in the beginning, it was very difficult from where to start, but then we made our minds, to start with the rides. So, first, we took a ride on the giant Ferris wheel, while on the ride we were all screaming and shouting with excitement and thrill. After this we came to the tora-tora ride, this was also very fun. Just one ride was not enough for us, we went in for another ride. Then we took the dragon ride and the helicopter ride. Then we went for the well of death. This among all the activities and shows was dangerous of all. This was a well made of wooden planks within which a couple of motorcycles and cars rode on the inside of the wall of the well. Though the riders were trained, still there is always an element of danger. And, this was what made this show more thrilling and exciting. After this, we decided to see some magic tricks. This was a whole lot of fun, The magic tricks performed were really awesome. The magician made things vanish in thin air and then again bringing those back from a completely unexpected place, or changing those things into other objects. This was a very interesting performance. Then came the most interesting part - a movie show. We bought a ticket for the movie Jumanji, as I had already seen the previous two parts of the movie, I did want to miss the third. This was a thrilling experience. We never knew how time passed while we were on with our adventure. As it was almost time for us to leave, so, we hurriedly went to the toy stalls to buy for us some exciting toys. I bought myself a remote control toy sports car and a drawing board. While my cousins bought a cartoon image study lamp, interesting school stationaries like a pen which looked like a gun, a pencil box which looked like a sports car with lights and even sounded like a car. Then before leaving we needed some quick snack as we were really hungry after the hole tour of the fair. So, we all shared a giant pizza. And a cotton candy as dessert to nibble on, while we walked back home. This was the whole experience of a visit to a fair.
