then according to question

2(x+2x/3)=180

2x+4x/3=135

6x/3+4x/3=135

10x/3=135

10x=405

x=40.5

therefore the length is 40.5 cm

breadth=2*40.5/3=27 cm

so the dimensions are 40.5 cm and 27 cm
