The voltmeter shown in the figure is18v across 50 ohm

let the R of voltmeter be  x,now 50 ohm,are in parellel
hence net Resistance;50x/50+x=y..............(1)
now current in the circuit i=net emf/net resistance
i=30/24+y..................(2)
now
v=i*Rnet
18=30/24+y*y
then 
y=36 (when u will solve)
now putting value in equ.(1)
y=50x/50+x
18=25x/50+x
then 
x=900/7=128.57 oh
