28/2=radius
radius(r) =14cm
volume of cone=1/3*22/7*rsquare*h
9856 =1/3*22/7*14*14*h
9856 =44*14/3*h
9856*3/44*14=h
48cm=h
Now,
Length =l
Height=h
Radius=r

l square =h square+R square
l square =(48*48)+(14+14)
l square =2304+196
l square =2500
l =square root of 2500
