One mole of N2 = 28 gm
therefore 1.4 gm N2 = 0.05 mole

now we knw that 1 mole of gas occupy 22.4 L of volume at NTP
therefore 0.05 mole will occupy 1.12 L.

Hey there !!

Here’s your solution :
Given mass = 1.4g
Molar mass = 14x2 = 28g
So, number of moles = Given mass/Molar mass = 1.4/28 = 0.05 mol
We know that the volume occupied by 1mole of substance @ NTP = 22.4L
So, the volume occupied by 0.05 mol = 22.4x0.05 = 1.12L

Hope this helps ya ✌️✌️

ziarsialp9aqhp: thanks for understanding me that question
