Given - Weight of gas - 2 gram

Vapour density - 56

Find - Volume occupied by the given gas

Solution - Molecular weight is twice to that of vapour density. Therefore, molecular weight of given gas will be - 2*56 - 112 gram.

At STP, 112 gram of gas weighs 22.4 litre

2 gram of gas will weigh - 22.4/112*2 - 0.4 litre

Hence, 0.4L is the correct answer.
