since molecular mass of hydrogen is 2gm & we know that the molecular mass of any molecule has volume of 22.4 litre . According to Avegadro's law, one mole of a gas at STP occuppy a volume of 22.4 Litre. 1g of hydrogen contains 0.5 mole of hydrogen molecules. So the volume it occupies is 11.2 Litre.
