solution:

the volume of cylinder=

the \: volume \: of \: cylider = \pi {r}^{2}   h

the volume of cylinder=22/7×r×r×5

6930=22/7×r×r×5

 \frac{6930 \times 7}{22 \times 5}  =  {r }^{2}

r×r=441

r×r=21×21

r=21cm......... (taking square root on both side)

Diameter of cylinder = 2×radius of cylinder

diameter of cylinder = 2×21=42cm.

the diameter of a cylindrical iron rod is 42cm.
