v = \pi \times  ( \frac{ {d}^{2} }{2} ) \times h

d = 2 \times  \sqrt{ \frac{v}{\pi \times h} }  \\  = 2 \times  \sqrt{ \frac{1540}{\pi \times 10} }  \\  = 14.00

hence diameter of cylinder is 14cm.
