the volume of a cone is 18480 cm3 . if the height of the cone is 40 cm, find slant height and the radius of its base.

Let the radius=r cm
Let the slant height= l cm
Given that height=h=40 cm
Volume of cone=πr²h/3
18480=22
×r²×40/21
r²=441
r=21 cm
We know that, 
l²=h²+r²
l²=40²+21²
l²=1600+441
l²=2041
l=√2041 cm
Hence slant height is √2041 cm and radius is 21 cm.
