Volume of cube = 2 (Volume of cuboid) = 2 (6.912) = 13.824 cc.
Volume of cube = (side)^3
13.824 = (side)^3
side = cube root of 13.824
side = 2.4
Thus, side or edge of cube is 2.4 cm.

\huge\mathbb{SOLUTION:-}

  • Given that the volume of cube is double to the volume of cuboid

  • we have to Find the side of cube

\sf\underline{\blue{\:\:\:\:\:A.T.Q\:\:\:\:\:}}

\sf:\implies Volume\:of\:cube=2\times volume\:of\:cuboid\\ \\ \sf:\leadsto Volume\:of\:cuboid=6.912cm{}^{2}\\ \\ \sf:\implies Volume\:of\:cube=2\times 6.912\\ \\ \sf:\implies Volume\:of\:cube= 13.824cm{}^{3}

\boxed{\sf{Volume\:of\:cube=side{}^{3}}}

Now the side of cube

\sf:\implies  12.824=side{}^{3}\\ \\ \sf:\implies side=\sqrt[3]{13.824} \\ \\ \sf:\implies side=2.4cm

\boxed{\red{Side\:of\: cube=2.4cm}}
