Given: Volume of a cube= 729 cubic cm

To find: Side of a cube=?

As we know that: Volume(Cube)=(Side)^3// Since all the sides of a cube are equal to each other.

Let the value of one side of a cube=x cm.

So all the sides are equal to x cm each.

Thus, (Side)^3=729 cubic cm; (x)^3=729 cu. cm

(x)^3=(9×9×9) cu. cm=(9)^3 cu.cm; so x=(9^3)^1/3=(9)^3/3=9^1=9 cm.

Therefore each side of a cube is 9 cm. Answer.
