the volume of a cuboid is 3600cm2 and its height is 12cm. if the length and breadth are in the ratio of 4:3, find its length and breadth.​

Volume = l × b × h

= 3600cm^2

Let length be 4x

then, breadth = 3x

height = 12cm

4x × 3x × 12 = 3600

12x^2 = 3600÷ 12

12x^2 = 300

x^2 = 300 ÷ 12

x^2= 25

x = √25

x = 5

Hence, Length = 4×5 = 20cm

Breadth = 3 × 5 = 15cm
